    The Clerk of the Circuit Court has always been a Constitutional Official. As the Clerk of the Circuit Court, my responsibility is to keep and protect public records and to make them available when requested, pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 119, Chapter 286 and Rule 2.240 of the Rules of Judicial Administration.

    The Clerk of the Circuit Court is the Defender of the Public Trust, Clerk of the Circuit and County Courts, Custodian and Keeper of the Land and Court Records. The Clerk provides "checks and balances" that protect the public trust. The Clerk is the custodian of all public records.

Partial Payment Plan Available

The Clerk’s Office is now accepting partial payments for non-criminal traffic citations upon entering a 90-day payment plan. A one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $25.00 and the first month's payment, plus any applicable late fees are due at the time of enrollment, along with a completed Payment Plan Agreement. A: Use our Search Records area to look up your citation number.

Q: What happens if I am late with my citation payment?

A: If you are past your due date on your citation, it is possible your driver's license has been suspended. Making your payment right away is the best way to get your license cleared.

Safe Surrender Event to be Held June 5, 2015

  • Do you have an outstanding warrant for a non-violent misdemeanor charge in Osceola County?
  • Are you tired of running?
  • Are you ready to get your charges resolved?
  • Are you an American Citizen or Legal Resident?

If the answer to all of the above is, "YES", then you are eligible to "swap" out your warrant for a court date in a safe and non-hostile environment. This is your chance to get your life back on track!

The Safe Surrender Event will be held June 5th, 2015 from 8am - 5pm at the Osceola Heritage Park located at 1875 Silver Spur Lane, Kissimmee, FL 34744.

Non-Violent Misdemeanor Charges ONLY. Osceola County Warrants ONLY. Do NOT bring children. MUST bring some form of photo ID.
